Earlier this spring we began a job in Peterborough for the Peterborough Rugby Club.  They have been seeking to put a clubhouse on the property located at Nichols Oval.  They were able to acquire the old historical clubhouse from the Peterborough Lawn Bowling Club.  The building is very large and requires a lot of special attention.  As a result, Tedford House Movers and Pollard the Mover have teamed up to make this move a success!  Click on the link below to see a news clip of the story...Also, check back in late May for pictures of the move.

This video was recently shot on May 25th, 2011.  The Building is too tall to be moved in one piece, so we removed the roof/upper section using 2 giant cranes.  It will be re-assembled at the new site!

The move is currently scheduled for the morning of May 29th.  It will begin at approx. 5:00 AM.  If you want to see something really cool that you maybe haven’t seen before, be up early and come & watch!
